Use the document checklist and confirm the receiving reference, delivery contact and cargo labels. A warehouse address alone does not confirm that a shipment has been accepted for receipt.
Keep the final transport reference, shipment documents and delivery instructions together. If an exception appears, send the latest record and the action requested so the team can review the correct shipment leg.
