Origin and Israeli delivery city/postcode, cargo description, package count, gross weight, outer dimensions, declared value and ready date. Tell us about batteries, liquids or other special cargo before sending it.
Can you combine orders from different suppliers?+
Yes. Arrange your receiving reference with our team first. We receive supplier parcels in Guangzhou, confirm agreed checks and prepare consolidated packaging after your approval. Storage periods and handling fees are confirmed in advance.
How is chargeable weight calculated?+
Air and express commonly use the greater of actual and dimensional weight. Our tool shows a reference divisor of 6,000 for air and 5,000 for express. The confirmed carrier may use a different divisor, minimum or rounding rule.
Are duties and delivery included?+
Only the written quote determines what is included. Ask us to confirm pickup, export handling, international freight, clearance, duties/taxes and final delivery separately.
How long will delivery take?+
We confirm available routes and an estimated timeline when quoting. Cargo readiness, carrier capacity, routing, customs and local delivery can affect the final timing.
