Using the website tools
Measurements, cost totals and checklists are processed in your browser. The site does not provide a customer account or a server-side submission database. A generated summary is a draft for your review; it is not a submitted order.
Email and messaging
When you choose email, WhatsApp or Telegram, you use an external service. The information you actually send may include contact details, addresses, cargo descriptions, order references and documents. We use received information to respond to your enquiry and coordinate the requested service.
Links, downloads and browser state
Downloaded summaries are saved by your browser on your device. Form values are not automatically saved as a persistent draft. When you continue from the homepage, shipment entries are temporarily stored in this browser tab for transfer to the enquiry page, removed when read and rejected after 30 minutes. Tracking references entered on the homepage travel in the destination page URL and may appear in browser history or hosting request logs; avoid entering identity documents or sensitive information in that field.
Hosting and external services
Cloudflare hosts the website and may process request and security logs required to operate it. Fonts are served with the site. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. External email, messaging and reference sites apply their own privacy policies.
Information requests
To ask about information you have sent, request a correction or request deletion, email the operator. Provide enough context to identify the enquiry; do not send unnecessary identity documents. We may need to clarify the request and which records relate to you. Necessary service or transaction records may need to be retained.
