Compare measured gross and dimensional weight using the quoted carrier rule; confirm minimums, rounding and whether calculation is per piece or shipment.
Origin and airline charges
Ask which pickup, handling, security, documentation and airline surcharges are included, and which may change before acceptance.
Arrival to final address
Separate airport handling, customs services, taxes, storage and final delivery. Airport-to-airport pricing does not establish a delivered total.
Reference dimensional divisor: 6,000. Carrier minimums, rounding, security and fuel charges require quote confirmation.

Is a flight date a delivery promise?

Can I quote before final packing?
