Built around your shipment
Cargo owners who want to understand whether a proposed policy covers their goods, route and handling conditions.
What we confirm with you
A coverage requirement brief for review. Any insurance offer, acceptance and claims process is governed by the named insurer and policy.
The details that shape your plan
Describe the risk accurately
Provide commodity, condition, value, packaging, route and transport mode, including used goods or fragile components.
Review coverage before dispatch
Ask the insurer or authorized provider to confirm covered risks, exclusions, deductible and coverage start and end points.
Keep evidence with the shipment
Retain invoices, packing records, condition photos and handover documents. Confirm the provider’s notification and claim-document requirements.

A clear scope before a price
Insured value and premium
Confirm valuation basis, currency and premium with the actual provider. Declared cargo value alone does not establish accepted cover.
Deductible and exclusions
Read the amount retained by the insured and any excluded circumstances; the policy terms determine the financial scope.
Additional review requirements
Ask whether packing evidence, surveys or other conditions are required before acceptance and whether they create separate costs.
This page is an enquiry channel, not an issued policy or a claim of underwriting authority. Carrier liability and cargo insurance are different.
Handle changes with the right information
Visible loss or damage
Record condition at receipt, preserve packaging and notify the responsible contacts promptly under their instructions; avoid disposing of evidence.
Route or cargo changes
Tell the insurance provider before the change where possible and obtain confirmation of any effect on coverage.
Service questions
Does an inquiry activate insurance?
No. Coverage requires acceptance and the relevant insurance documentation from the actual provider.
Is carrier liability the same as insurance?
They are different arrangements. Ask for the applicable carrier terms and insurance wording separately when assessing protection.
Does cargo insurance cover a buyer not paying?
Do not assume so. Buyer-payment risk is a different trade-risk question that needs its own provider assessment.
