Per-parcel measurement
Confirm dimensional rules and rounding for each parcel. Combining weights alone may understate the billable total for differently sized boxes.
Address and size surcharges
Check the quoted postcode and outer dimensions against remote-area, oversize and special-handling conditions before comparing courier prices.
Import and unsuccessful delivery
Confirm who pays import charges and how address corrections, repeat delivery, storage or return would be charged if needed.
A divisor of 5,000 is a planning assumption. Oversize, remote-area and carrier minimum charges are confirmed in the quotation.
Handle changes with the right information
Recipient cannot be reached
Supply a corrected phone and delivery availability promptly. Confirm available options before authorizing redelivery or return.
Carrier asks for product evidence
Match the request to the parcel reference and provide invoice, specifications or requested safety documents; do not change the description to bypass review.

Are samples automatically duty-free?
No exemption is assumed. Declare the actual product and value; the responsible import professional or authority confirms applicable treatment.
Can several boxes travel together?
Yes, subject to the selected product. Supply each box’s measurements and confirm how parcel references and charges are grouped.
When does tracking become available?
After an actual carrier reference is issued. Label creation and physical carrier acceptance are different events.
