Define the fulfilment destination
Distinguish individual customer parcels, replenishment to your own warehouse and delivery to a marketplace-appointed facility. Supply the actual facility address and receiving rules; do not assume a marketplace has a local receiving point in Israel. Confirm the receiving party before preparing labels.

Agree what happens to an order
Specify when an order may be released, who approves substitutions, and how shortages are reported. Agree pick-and-pack, labeling and stock-count responsibilities separately. Store/API connections require actual credentials, data mapping and testing; a service enquiry does not create a live integration.

Plan returns before the first delivery
Choose the authorized return address, approval reference and inspection scope. Define whether goods are held, repaired, reshipped or disposed of and who approves each cost. A local return and a cross-border return may require different transport and customs arrangements.
